About
Who Am I ?
First and foremost I am a husband, father, son, and brother to an exceptional family who has been my support and inspiration for everything I am and do.
I have had years of selling experience, leading teams to the success they strive for, I continue to have passion to drive teams to the goals and aspirations they seek in this industry I have learned so much from. I have built sales models, go to market strategies, training, I have been involved in the development of Incentive compensation, business planning, and marketing. I continue to grow, continue to learn, and continue to make the most out of every day.

Go To Market Strategies
The go to market strategy represents the specific direction needing to be followed in order to accomplish a specific business objective. It represents the “road map” to achieving greater results, such as sales growth, worldwide brand recognition, higher market penetration, etc. I have been fortunate to work on multiple strategies to increase the potential and success within the industry. To be part of building these kind of strategies is an opportunity that has allowed me to shape company culture and leads to success.

Training Initiatives
Effective training initiatives allows an organization to train its employees to maximize their skills to the fullest and to bring out success to the customer, patient, and organization. I have been part of 3 sales model training initiatives in the last 4 years to help drive effective results within the organization.

Early Experience Program
How do you start fast by allowing the physician and the patient to utilize the product to evaluate efficacy, safety, and performance without having to worry about price. Once this is accomplished cost can effectively be addressed in a way that allows for success from the doctor/patient and company perspective.
